ABOUT US

TURN SETBACKS TO STRENGTH

Strides Physio is a private, boutique physiotherapy clinic in Newcastle, NSW, dedicated to providing personalised care for sports and musculoskeletal injuries. Our mission is to not only treat injuries but also to empower our clients to prevent future injuries through targeted exercise programs.

Led by our expert physiotherapist, we offer comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation plans tailored to each individual's needs. Our treatment modalities include soft tissue release, mobilizations, and dry needling techniques, all designed to alleviate pain and restore function.

What sets us apart is our strong emphasis on exercise-based rehabilitation. We believe that exercise is key to facilitating recovery and preventing injury recurrence. That's why we incorporate strength and conditioning as well as reformer exercise, into our rehabilitation programs.

In addition to traditional physiotherapy services, Strides Newcastle offer private and duet physio-led reformer exercise sessions, strength and conditioning sessions, and specialised run coaching.

Whether you're recovering from an injury or looking to enhance your athletic performance, our dedicated team is here to support you every step of the way.
