Looking to get started with reformer but not sure where to start?
Where do I begin with reformer?
To ensure you get the most out of your reformer sessions, all reformer clients must book an initial pre-class assessment. This will be carried out by our physiotherapists to guide us as to which class option is going to be most effective in achieving each individuals strength, mobility and fitness goals.

Our small group reformer classes are designed for those who want the benefits of reformer exercise in a safe, personalised and clinically guided environment.
With a maximum of just four clients per class, you’ll receive individual attention from a qualified physiotherapist who understands your body, your history and your goals.
Whether you’re returning from injury, managing ongoing niggles, or simply looking for a more supported way to exercise, these sessions offer a calm and confidence-building alternative to large, fast-paced classes.
Each program is tailored to suit your needs — including modifications for pre- and post-natal clients, injury rehabilitation, or those new to reformer Pilates.
An initial pre-screen consultation is required for all participants to assess injury history, confirm suitability, and establish individualised goals.
